Hydro Sponge Filter II

I love this filter design! It was so easy to insert an air stone into the strainer, no struggling to cut hard plastic spokes because there aren’t any. Job done in 5 minutes. The filter size is perfect in a corner of my 20 g, tall and slim with great (but gentle) suction. I’m a fan of sponge filters since I have community tanks of small fish and Cherry shrimp, but add air stones to lessen the bubbling noise and make the filtration more efficient. Note this is the 2nd filter in the 20g.
