Hygrophila pinnatifida - tissue culture
- Units in Stock : 1

Description
Although it has been known to science for a quite long time, Hygrophila pinnatifida is quite rare and unknown plant in aquascaping. This plant comes from India and it is characterized by its brown/green patched leaves with interesting burgundy colour on underside. In order to maintain compact growth, intense light and regular removing of the shoot tips are required. Hygrophila pinnatifida develops many side shoots that can be easily attached to rocks or driftwood. Its full beauty and uniqueness best stand out when is planted in small groups in front of calm and plain background.

These plants are by far some of the best tissue culture I have received. Their colour, size and maturity were spot on perfect!

Absolutely love the cups. Got 7 nice sized plants for the size of the cups. Very healthy. Within the week the roots had already started to attach themselves to the wood they were placed on.

Managed to get 5 individual plants from the cup. I am growing these emmersed for the next 8 weeks. They are already responding to the copious amounts of co2 they acquire. I have crazy glued them to hardscape. This plant is relatively unknown in the hobby so it’s no surprise Angelfins’s stocked it.

I'm really happy with this plant. Unique leaf structure. Taking off really well from tissue culture to underwater life.
