Our products are shipped via Canada Post or Fedex. If we receive your order before 2 pm., we will attempt to ship it the same day (excluding weekends).
We guarantee a live arrival of livestock with 1 day shipping only. Fish, shrimps and snails are shipped in a styrefoam with a heatpack, the cost of the styrefoam box and the heatpack is already included in the shipping cost. We do not ship livestock on Thursdays and Fridays. If the shipment gets delayed by the courier the guarantee of the live arrival is waived. In case of dead on arrival (DOA) of orders delivered on time please send as a photo of the deceased fish. We will send you a refund for the DOAs.
From October to April, plants have to be shipped overnight or we can not guarantee that they won't get damaged by frost during transport.
Unfortunately, we do not ship stands and aquariums larger than 20 gallons. They can be picked up at our warehouse in Guelph.
Free Shipping
Orders above $195 qualify for free shipping (orders heavier than 30kg, orders with livestock, plants, tanks, glass tops and stands and orders outside of Canada are excluded). Free shipping orders are shipped via Canada Post's Expedited Parcel.

- Select your province and enter your postal code.
- Press Update and below you will find shipping quotes for your order.
Return Policy
Unused items can be returned in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Contact us for details.
Livestock and live plants are not returnable.
