Return Policy

Unused items can be returned in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Contact us for details.
Livestock and live plants are not returnable.

 

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee a live arrival of livestock with a 1 day shipping only. We do not ship livestock on Thursdays and Fridays.  In case of dead on arrival (DOA) please send as a photo of the deceased fish. We will send you a refund for the DOAs. However, if the shipment gets delayed by the courier and it doesn't arrive on time,  the guarantee of the live arrival is waived and no refunds will be issued.

From October to April, plants have to be shipped overnight or we can not guarantee that they won't get damaged by frost during transport.
