Awesome sticks for wood loving plecos and catfish
Nutritional facts: protein 40%, fat 7%, fiber 7%
Ingredients: Salmon fish meal, brewers yeast & krill powder mix. plankton & krill meal, garlic powder and earthworms. A blend of premium hardwoods. Mixture of vegetables including: spirulina, carrots, celery, tomato, spinach, broccoli, sweet potato, zucchini, gluten, soy-meal flours, vitamin and mineral supplement. Double stabilized vitamin C, dried Bacillus subtilis fermentation product, dried Bacillus licheniformis fermentation.

These have a good ingredient list and sink instantly. They don't stay solid so the bottom feeders like Corys and Plecos can enjoy easily and share.
