The Northfin Cichlid Formula at 3mm is a good size for mid-size cichlids.
They eat them all.
The pellets do not cloud the water.
My large loaches like them as well.
My canister filters require less cleaning when feeding these pellets, some other brands of pellets generate a lot more waste.
