Great replacement for my traditional lily pipe outflow

My planted tank was having a rough go with a thick oily film on the surface of the water. I needed more surface agitation than I was currently getting (wasn't getting much). This poppy style outflow solved my problems! No more film on the surface of the water and now there is a nice, aesthetically pleasing shimmer.
