Glasgarten Mineral Leaves

Supplemental food for ornamental shrimp, snails, crayfish and crabs. The Mineral Leaves contain apart from minerals also parts of leaves. Shrimps and snails especially find the leaves of nettle, dandelion and walnut very tasty. The leaf fibers are also rich in numerous important ingredients, such as potassium, iron, vitamins, tannins, etc.

The minerals contained in the Mineral Leaves are gradually released into the water in the aquarium and can therefore improve the microbiology in the filter and substrate. Minerals are important for successful molting in shrimps, crayfish and crabs and against pitting in snail shells. Snails also use minerals to repair any existing shell damage.

The Mineral Leaves can remain in the aquarium permanently until they have been eaten or dissolved.
They do not pollute the water.

The GlasGarten Mineral Leaves consist of 100% natural ingredients. Minerals have a direct influence on the GH (total hardness) and the conductivity of the water in the aquarium, so the GH and the conductivity can increase slightly through the use of Mineral Leaves, which is desirable and harmless with recommended feeding. 

Feeding recommendation: Simply place a piece of mineral in the aquarium. Your shrimps, snails, crayfish  will nibble on it and the minerals it contains will gradually be released into the water. One Mineral Leave per 20 gallon aquarium.
