Description

The Chihiros WRGB II LED light is a 3 colour channel LED light (red, green, blue) specifically designed for planted aquariums. The light has a built in Bluetooth controller which enables management via a cellphone using the My Chihiros app. The user can setup the time of Sunrise, Sunset and Ramp Time. The colour spectrum of the light can be changed by adjusting percentages of the red (R), green (G) and blue (B) LEDs.

This light is a BEAST I have it set up in a 120cm tank and it is growing plants great. I am extremely satisfied

Love this light!

This light works very well. It has a built in controller that works with smartphones via Bluetooth. The app is a little less polished than it could be, but pretty easy to use. The controller doesn't sync with the phone by itself, so after a power outage, the light came on in the middle of the night; from when it came on, it seems that the timer reset internally to 12:00 when the power came back on. I had to reset it with the phone. Other than this quirk, it has worked really well so far and my plants are thriving.

Good Product, Great Service

This aquarium light is a little heavier than some others I’ve used however it appears to also be better made and of better quality. There are no instructions contained in the box but the assembly is not complicated. This light has a programmable Bluetooth feature. You must download the app from the manufacturer first. Then, when the light and Bluetooth are plugged in, you have to pair the app on your cell phone to the light. The app appears a bit chintzy but after fiddling with the apps contents and learning what does what, it works well. A bit pricey but a good light.
