Description

Pygmy cories are very cute dwarf corydoras. They are very peaceful fish, however, they are not suitable for community tanks due to their small size. Also they get quite easily intimidated and do not compete well for food with larger fish. They are suitable for aquariums with similarly sized fish (tetras, rams, apistogrammas, shrimps), perfect fish for nano tanks. Unlike majority of cories, pygmy cories likes to swim in midwater. Pygmy cories can be identified by a black stripe running from the tip of the snout to the caudal fin. We recommend to keep them in a group of at least 10 fish. These corydoras are wild caught and were de-wormed.

Beautiful, healthy tiny fish with lots of personality. Fantastic in a group of 10. Actually changed my focus of a tank to just this species after owning 6. Group of 12 now. They are great to watch. Great, friendly service too.

Healthy and Adorable

I love my corys!! I bought 5 of these about a week ago as first (fish) additions to my 17 gallon and all are healthy and very curious. Very cool behaviors. They only took about a day to settle in and get their coloration back. Will be getting more from Angelfins!
