Description

Pygmy cories are very cute dwarf corydoras. They are very peaceful fish, however, they are not suitable for community tanks due to their small size. Also they get quite easily intimidated and do not compete well for food with larger fish. They are suitable for aquariums with similarly sized fish (tetras, rams, apistogrammas, shrimps), perfect fish for nano tanks. Unlike majority of cories, pygmy cories likes to swim in midwater. Pygmy cories can be identified by a black stripe running from the tip of the snout to the caudal fin. We recommend to keep them in a group of at least 10 fish. These corydoras are wild caught and were de-wormed.

Ordered a couple to increase my shoal and the new ones that came were nice and porky and immediately started exploring their new tank once released. Nice to see they adapt fast and are robust little guys.

Fun little guys

I bought 6 all at once, I have had them for over a year. I love watching them dart around the tank and hang out in the plant, great for keeping in small groups in communities tank with same sized fish.

Amazing Nano Fish!

These little guys are honestly the best nano fish available. Constantly active, and not only on ground level! They display really beautiful schooling behaviour during the day and tend to be more comfortable with separating in the dark. I would recommend buying at least 10 to really admire their schooling behaviour! These are possibly my new favourite nanos! Also, all of them came in healthy and even managed to get an extra one!

BEYOND ADORABLE NANO FISH!
