Blue Neon Goby (Stiphodon atropurpureus)

I've had my gobies for about 2 weeks now and they're doing great. I've been buying here for years. This is the best store in my opinion for all aquarium needs and has the best quality healthy fish and good prices. Jarmilla is always helpful and gives good advice :)

I guess all Gobies are a bit funny, but these really look like amphibians to me! They graze constantly off the driftwood with an amusing expression. Of the pair that I have, the male has not turned blue yet, but I think he might only do that around other males (?)

These 2 newcomers weren't given a welcoming basket by my 2 angels I was anticipating that though...& As I expected they bee lined for my massive shipwreck on the aquarium floor!! Never to be seen again...until I switched substrates over to sand. I almost thought perhaps Lucinda my big Aussie Crayfish ate'em up but low & behold there they were...snug as a bug in a rug, all dug in under the ship!!
