Green Neon Tetra (Paracheirodon simulans)

They arrived alive, but with the reddish pink gills of ammonia poisoning. 4 died within the first 24h, and were refunded. Every single one of the 15 was dead within 48h (while the pygmy cories in the same tank from the same shipment are fine). I didn't have the heart to claim a refund for them. ???? Won't mail order fish again. It's not worth the heartache. (And the sixty bucks shipping fee doesn't help.)
The customer service is great, but I wish I'd had a warning about the survival rate (or lack thereof)

Ordered twelve and got thirteen. Haven't lost a single one. Healthy and beautiful a month later!

I had ordered 4 green neon tetra and 4 ember tetra. All shipped on time but FedEx delayed them to deliver so much that they were all dead. Thanks to angelfins that they looked into this immediately. Awesome and recommended seller

Unlike last time, these fishes arrived in a day and all thriving. Very well packed and delivered. A++ seller highly recommended. Fishes are great just as wanted.
