By purchasing from AngelFins, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, and that you accept all terms stated here. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Pricing and Availability

All prices listed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, live items (fish, invertebrates, plants) are subject to change and stock updates. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange a refund or suitable replacement.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Dry goods are shipped across Canada from Monday to Friday. Orders containing livestock are shipped from Monday to Thursday using overnight services via Canada Post or FedEx. Livestock is packaged in insulated containers with heat packs, if necessary, to protect them from external temperatures. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address to ensure successful delivery.

4. Livestock and Live Plants Guarantee

We guarantee that all livestock and live plants will arrive alive and healthy when shipped via overnight service. In the unfortunate event of a Dead On Arrival (DOA), you must submit a clear photograph of the deceased organism inside its original, unopened bag within 1 hour of carrier delivery. 5. Returns and Refund Policy

• Dry Goods & Equipment: Unused, unopened dry goods in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
• Livestock and Live Plants: For safety, biosecurity, and the health of our organisms, all sales of live fish, invertebrates, and live plants are final. We cannot accept returns on live items under any circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

AngelFins is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss of existing aquarium inhabitants (such as fish, plants) resulting from the introduction of new products or livestock purchased from us. We advise all hobbyists to follow standard quarantine procedures for new organisms and properly read product instructions before use.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any legal actions or disputes relating to your purchases must be filed in the courts located in Guelph, Ontario.
