Dry Goods & Equipment (30‑Day Return Window)
- Eligibility: Unused non‑living items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund.
- Condition: Item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Exclusions: Items showing signs of use, water damage, or altered packaging cannot be accepted for a return.
Livestock and Live Plants (Non‑Returnable)
All livestock and live‑plant sales are final.
For safety, biosecurity, and the health of the organisms, we cannot accept returns on live fish, invertebrates, or live plants under any circumstances.
If your livestock arrived deceased, please refer to our Live Arrival & DOA Policy to file a claim within 1 hour of delivery.
How to Start a Return

- Approval: We will review your request and provide you with return‑shipping instructions. Do not send items back without prior approval.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you confirming receipt and whether the refund is approved.
