The Eheim Double Tap Connector controls the flow of water passing through the hosing, and allows you to shut it off completely. Simply adjust the two ball valves, and disconnect the hosing from the center to remove your pump or filter for maintenance without the headaches of excessive water spills or fumbling with messy hosing assemblies. Heavy duty connectors seal snugly onto hosing with barbed ends and plastic lock nuts; internal disconnect assembly features a rubber seal ring and threaded connector to prevent possible leaks. Fits 12/16mm hoses.

Yes, you can order fish along with dry goods. However, if the dry goods are heavy or bulky, it may be more cost-effective to place two separate orders. In that case, you could ship the dry goods using a slower, more affordable shipping option.

If your order has not shipped yet, you can email us your correct shipping address, and we will update it for you.

On weekdays, if we receive your order before 2 p.m., it will be shipped out the same day. Dry goods are shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders that include livestock are only shipped from Monday to Thursday to avoid transit over the weekend.

Our locker boxes are located in the foyer of our store at 230 Hanlon Creek Blvd, Unit 107, Guelph. The room is accessible from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
