Bandit cory (Corydoras metae) has a beige body with a black eye mask, black dorso-lateral stripe and a black dorsal fin. It looks very similar to Corydoras melini and Corydoras davidsandsi. However, in both of these species the black stripe does not end at the caudal fin as it does in this cory.
