Warranty Info: All Mr. Aqua rimless aquariums are covered by a one-year, craftsmanship-only warranty. This means any issues that warrant the return or replacement of a Mr. Aqua rimless aquarium are covered for a term of up to one year from the date of purchase, provided there is a defect or damage originating from the production of the product. The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from an aquarium that has been physically altered (such as drilling), exposed to temperatures lower than 40 °F or exceeding 100 °F, or damaged by the addition of other equipment placed on or against the glass. Furthermore, this warranty is void if a proper surface is not provided for the aquarium to rest upon. The surface must be level, flush, free of any debris, and a closed-cell foam mat must be placed under the aquarium to protect it.
Important Info: The surface the tank rests on shall be perfectly flush along the entire bottom of the aquarium, with no areas of separation between the glass and the stand. The surface on which the aquarium rests shall be completely level and free of any physical dips or debris that may cause pressure points on the glass. The aquarium must be placed on a closed-cell foam mat that is at least 0.25" thick, covering the entire bottom surface of the aquarium.
