Uniheat heat packs (warmers) were designed specially for shipping live tropical fish, reptiles, insects, and plants. They are used worldwide by wholesalers and fish exporters. The UniHeat Tropical Fish Warmer will warm up and is ready to use within 3-5 minutes of being exposed to the air; no kneading or shaking is required. One heat pack will increase the temperature of a 1 cu. ft. box by 20 degrees; for every additional heat pack that you use, the temperature will rise an additional 10 degrees.

Yes, you can order fish along with dry goods. However, if the dry goods are heavy or bulky, it may be more cost-effective to place two separate orders. In that case, you could ship the dry goods using a slower, more affordable shipping option.

If your order has not shipped yet, you can email us your correct shipping address, and we will update it for you.

On weekdays, if we receive your order before 2 p.m., it will be shipped out the same day. Dry goods are shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders that include livestock are only shipped from Monday to Thursday to avoid transit over the weekend.
