Supplemental food for ornamental shrimp, snails, crayfish, and crabs. The Mineral Leaves contain minerals as well as leaf matter. Shrimps and snails especially find the leaves of nettle, dandelion, and walnut very tasty. The leaf fibres are also rich in numerous important ingredients, such as potassium, iron, vitamins, tannins, and more.

The minerals contained in the Mineral Leaves are gradually released into the aquarium water and can therefore improve the microbiology in the filter and substrate. Minerals are important for successful moulting in shrimp, crayfish, and crabs, and for preventing pitting in snail shells. Snails also use minerals to repair existing shell damage.

The Mineral Leaves can remain in the aquarium permanently until they have been eaten or dissolved.
They do not pollute the water.

The GlasGarten Mineral Leaves consist of 100% natural ingredients. Minerals have a direct influence on the GH (total hardness) and the conductivity of the aquarium water; therefore, the GH and the conductivity may increase slightly through the use of Mineral Leaves, which is desirable and harmless when following the recommended feeding.

Feeding recommendation: Simply place a piece of Mineral Leaf in the aquarium. Your shrimp, snails, and crayfish will nibble on it, and the minerals it contains will be gradually released into the water. Use one Mineral Leaf per 20-gallon aquarium.

Ingredients: Minerals, nettle leaves, dandelion leaves, walnut leaves

Content of the jar: 8 cubes

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Yes, you can order fish along with dry goods. However, if the dry goods are heavy or bulky, it may be more cost-effective to place two separate orders. In that case, you could ship the dry goods using a slower, more affordable shipping option.

If your order has not shipped yet, you can email us your correct shipping address, and we will update it for you.

On weekdays, if we receive your order before 2 p.m., it will be shipped out the same day. Dry goods are shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders that include livestock are only shipped from Monday to Thursday to avoid transit over the weekend.

At checkout, you can leave your request in the comments box.
