This stuff is really incredible, have some in all my tank filters. Angel fins never lets me down with the product selection and seems to be one of the few around the area to carry it.

Excellent filter media

After several purchases at Angelfins, this was my first delivery. Very happy with my purchase of Biohome media for my canister filter. It even came with two complimentary starter gel balls of beneficial bacteria. Read some encouraging reviews; I am looking forward to seeing the results.

Amazing! Just amazing...

I used this in my first starter tank which is a small 5 gal fluval flex and filled the bottom half media section with it. Post cycle, I’ve yet to have a problem with ammonia or nitrite. 3 months in and nitrate barely measures on my test strips. I’m setting up the new 15 gal and wouldn’t consider using anything else.
You will need to rinse this media before using as the dust is heavy and will sink to the bottom of your filter.
Do recommend watching ‘pimp my filter’ with Pondguru for filer setup ideas and mods on YouTube.
