This is a good option to go with when you need to get into the corners of your tank. Your fingers can do the work through the mitt! and it's gentle enough that it doesn't scratch the glass. The only downside to this is when you are cleaning it afterwards the material comes off (it sheds) a little. I don't know if pieces of it are getting into my tank. You just need to be gentle with it afterwards. No rubbing. Just rinse and squeeze. It will last longer I think. I do recommend trying it.
