Despite the overnight shipping, they were all dead, their water was cold and the tiny heat pack wasn't even slightly hot to the touch. It was a first and sad experience on buying fish online. They were so cute, poor little things... 3 stars because Angelfins refund me, but seriously, I bought online plants from Etsy and even with 4 days off shipping, the heat pack was still hot. I would be glad to pay a little more for better heat pack or insulation.
