Great substrate!

Love this stuff. I have it in my 18 gallon. I have previously used Seachem Fluorite Black Clay Gravel in another tank of mine and to be honest I prefer this CaribSea stuff instead. You do not need to wash or rinse it before adding to tank as it comes with water and other great bacteria to get your tank going. Cost is very reasonable as well!

This product has worked WONDERS for all my stem plants (rotala varieties, fanwort)! Would definitely recommend to anyone. It is WAY cheaper as well buying from AngelFins or perhaps your local fish store in general compared to amazon, which charges double the price.

I have mine suctioned to the inside of my 18 gallon. I have had absolutely no problems with it so far. It adheres well, does not move when my fish swim into it, and is very clear to read the temp.
