These fish looked good when I got them, but over the course of 4 days after getting them and having them for 4 days, I lost 3 of them. No bloating, no external signs, just belly up on the bottom after getting sluggish for half a day. Very rapid decline. No idea what caused it as the fish were in a fully cycled tank with 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites, and unreadable levels of nitrate.

They came to me with most of them having torn/shredded fins, and one was missing nearly half its tail. Surprisingly, the one missing half it's tail was the last one to die after over a week. I lost 1 first after 3 days, 2 more after 5 days, and the last after 6 days. The rest are looking healthier after medication, but still have shredded fins that are taking time to heal. Hope they last. 11 of 15 left.

I lost one, not sure if it was due to overfeeding though. The rest are looking amazing after 2 weeks, and are extremely active when they are active. Easily beats the rest of the fish in the tank for activity when they aren't resting on the bottom.

Skittish

We purchased two juveniles at the same time. Both were very skittish and hid immediately. They seldom came out from their hiding spots and did not eat for at least a week. Eventually, each had eaten at least once. The other night, looked in the tank and one had passed. Last night the other one did finally eat. We are hoping this trend continues and has a long, healthy life. Note. The other fish in the tank have not been aggressive whatsoever to the Angels. Beautiful looking fish and perhaps we just received two that were skittish and never acclimated properly.
