This is my second livestock order and the first was amazing.  Once the tanks cycle was ready to add the final addition of my female bettas, I ordered four of these girls.

Two look great, one had minor fin damage.  The last one’s fins were in really terrible shape.  I emailed and did get an apology for not giving me a head’s up that they had been fin nipping at her, and an offer to return her, but since these came express shipping to NS this wasn’t really an option financially.

These were the last four of the stock they had; I would be hesitant to order the last again.  Shrimp, tetras, pleco, etc from the previous order were all great.

The Python is great. Pick up at the AngelFins location in the lock box was easy and smooth. My order was prepared very quickly.

I watched many videos about the Tidal line of HOB filters before making this purchase. So far, it lives up to its reputation! I was intending to buy a Marineland filter but noticed that AngelFins did not carry it, which led me to consider the Tidal. I could tell by perusing the website that this company seemed to carry only the highest quality products. There are some key features I love about this unit:
1) You can completely customize it and use all of your own choices of media. No prefab cartridges intended to keep you shelling out money for the duration.
2) The motor of the unit is submerged in the aquarium, so it will easily restart in the event of a power outage or water change. No need to fill the filter with water first.
3) Flow regulation: You set the dial to determine the strength of the flow, so if you want a calmer aquarium (say for bettas or angels) you can do that
4) This filter is very quiet.
There are even more things to love, but that gives you a good overview. Great Italian engineering and build quality (Sicce motor inside). Don't hesitate to buy this product. Thanks AngelFins for the high standards you bring to the hobby!

Good Floater Plant

These guys hid for quite a while, but after a couple of weeks, they are really getting active Finally ignoring the zebra danios that have been curious. I need to change the color of my substrate now, as they can be hard to spot with white/tan.
