I really like these and can be submerged so i put them all the way down to bottom of the tank horizontal and don't have to turn off during large water changes.

This model delivered the exact air volume my HMF required. So once I started shopping for a pump, this was my standard. The only one that was close was the Aqua Supreme AP8 which I bought based on price... and now I'm replacing.

Heavy metal casing, rubber feet, 18ga electrical wire and 3 prong plug, quality pipe fittings. I haven't seen anything like it.

So how loud is it? Well, you can try putting your ear up against this review, but I'd recommend buying one to find out. That's what I did, and it’s staying put.

This pump is running inside an open-back cabinet about 10ft from my living room chair. It feeds two corner HMFs; the valves are wide open. The gurgling discharges are louder than the pump, which doesn't help you does it... Like I said, I had to buy one to find out and I wish I bought one sooner.

So glad we found these caves. Priced them at the pet stores and even for used ones they wanted more than you charge. Our plecos seem to be enjoying the extra breeding spots

I use this to provide trace minerals to apistos, who live in roughly the same conditions. It's around $4-$5 cheaper than anywhere else I've seen at Angelfins. Now don't go raising the price because of me!

I think Hong Sloi may be one of the most difficult to find apistos in Canada, having only ever seen them for sale here once before. These ones are real beauties! They are young, but once I got them home the male coloured up and started tail swishing the females. Good sign. These are going to be real beauties.
