First time purchaser on the advise of my daughter who had purchased stuff before. Placed my order on Friday at 2:05 pm. Received an email from Canada Post that the parcel was picked up by them at 3:06 pm, one hours and one minute after I placed the order. Today, (Monday) at 12:10 pm the doorbell rang and the parcel was delivered. Wow, Wow. Besides having very competitive (read: low) prices and a broad assortment of items, the customer service can only be described as over the top! Great care was taken in packaging my items, which included items made out of glass. Even the "cheap" floating thermometer was protectively encased in bubble wrap. Very, very pleased and I will definitely order again and, when this Covid-19 craziness is over, will go in person to the store.
