I needed a couple of glass lids and chatted with someone (think his name was AL) at the BIG chain store here in Ontario, and was told that lids cannot be shipped as they get broken. Then remembered I bought my last lid from Angelfins who had no issues shipping them. I received my order very quickly, everything was well packed, nothing damaged. Great store to do business with and fantastic customer service.
